Strategic Planning - Choosing the Right Approach
We will have a facilitated discussion about the various approaches to strategic planning, based on the experience of our members. Glenna Banda from the Children's Foundation will speak together with Anne MacKay (tentative) a strategic planning consultant. This is a great opportunity to see how others have done it and find out the benefits and pitfalls of their approach
Light refreshments will be provided.
